How hair transplantation is performed?
Before starting the hair transplantation process, some tests and hair analyzes are performed. As a result of these analyzes, in order to determine the area and amount of hair to be taken and the area to be transplanted. Hair follicles are usually taken from the back of the neck and ears where there are roots that are more resistant to loss.
Then the new hair area is drawn. Today, the most common method in hair transplantation is the FUE technique. In the FUE method, where no incisions are made in the area of transplantation, hair follicles are taken with a special tool with a diameter of 1 mm. The number of hairs in each 1 mm diameter tissue taken can be one, two or three. Before the hair follicles are transplanted to the new area, they are kept in a special solution and become high quality. With this method, 4.5 00- 5 .0 00 hair strands can be transplanted in a day. The number of sessions depends on the number of hair follicle transplants and the width of the balding or periodic area. To obtain a natural look, the hair follicles should be planted in accordance with the natural angle and direction of the roots.
